With Proper care your Crystal cup can last for years. All of our creations are made with a permanent adhesive and each stone is carefully placed to insure a proper bond is made. Below is a list of basic care tips:
Washing
To prolong the life of your cup we recommend rinsing with water after each use; To avoid any stains and/or odors inside your cup.
Gentle hand washing only in warm water. Do not soak. Crystal Cups are not Dishwasher safe. This can weaken the bond of the adhesive overtime.
Avoid harsh cleansers (Our favorite is Dawn but any mild detergent is safe to use).
Do not Freeze or Microwave. Please Avoid extreme hot and cold temperatures as this can weaken the bond of the adhesive.
If You live in a area prone to hard water and a film begins to form on or around your stones we suggest using a soft bristle toothbrush and a mild detergent. This should only be done sparingly
For Extra sparkle we recommend drying your cup with a microfiber cloth
Accidental Damage
We understand accidents may happen when using your Cup, Please remember that all sales are FINAL and items damaged by the Customer will not be exchanged or refunded.If dropped Crystals can become dislodged or damaged as a curtousey each order is shipped with replacement stones. For small repairs we recommend:
1. Washing your Cup to remove any oils or debris.
2. Let air dry.
3. Apply a small amount of E6000 Glue.
4. Place your New Rhinestone and press firmly down to insure there are no gaps and allow to dry for 24-48 hours before reusing.
5. Enjoy!
For an additional cost repairs can be made, depending on the level of damage. Unfortunately if a cup is dented or cracked if can not be repaired. All shipping fees will be paid for by the customer and will be included in the total repair cost. Please contact us for more information.
